Im having some problems with my brother, who really is losing a grip on life. he doesnt go to work and he is very moody toward people. He feels the world should stop moving for him, he lives at home and only pays ?100 rent to our mum..(which he struggles to do..even thow hes on ?19,000 a year!!) he does nothing in the house, he Hi-jacks the TV to watch football.. ands all he wants to do is watch football.. with the world cup coming up he will probably pull a sicky for the whole tornement..

For the past 2 months he went to the docs and told him there was stuff wrong with him, they did tests and found nothing wrong.. not even an imbalance in his diet..

His best mate has got back with his girlfriend, and his words where "the world cup is on this year, why you got a girl friend?".

He also feels like the world should owe him one for some reason, i think he said to our mum that "its your fault im in this world..." some to the thows words..

Hes 24, 25 this year.. hes probably reading this right now, but i think he needs to hear what people think about people like him..

Yeah well it does sound like you do have a problem here.Has he ever suffered from depression/has he been this way all his life? It could be that he has lost a motive or a goal to work for,why don't you take him out instead of him watchin the stupid football which i call Poofball?

He sounds like an 8 year old, as long as you tolerate him being this way he will continue to act in such a manner. If your family are pissed off at his selfish attitude you need to make a stand because you are NOT doing him any favours allowing him to think he is King of the household.
