Do you think this person has Aspergers?

I've shown a similar collection before in an older post, but I am noticing the sister of the subject matter in that post looks a lot like people I've seen that have Aspergers. Without getting into too much detail about my life, I know someone who has it, and I've seen others who have it, and they all have a very similar look to to them with how their eyes look, the look their faces give, there is this distinct feel to it, and this girl to me looks like she may have it because she looks a lot like these people to me.

That look she has looks very tired to me, or perhaps high, but she can't be tired or high in all of these, and in my experience a lot of people who have Aspergers look either tired or high even though they aren't, so I tend to think she might be aspie.
