The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was issued by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948. Reading through it is obvious that for many, if not most, the "rights" remain merely aspiration.

I was pondering on the thought that maybe we need a Declaration of Human Obligations when, reaching Article 29 I found......

Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.

.....and so in a certain sense the reality that our "rights" can only co-exist with "obligations" was written into the Declaration.

So I ask, what "duties" / "obligations" would you say should be specifically mentioned in any Declaration?
