Yes, "we" (the USA) have messed around with the Supreme Court make up (in terms of numbers) a few times in our history (sadly it wasn't set in stone in our Constitution), but the idea that we are now going to change the numbers (or "threaten" to change the numbers) is idiotic... a fools errand.
