What was that movei series?

The movie series I'm talking about is about a woman, with a ponytail, that got superhuman powers from some strange drug an evil corporation injected her with. There is a scene where she finds a World War 2 plane and crashes it on a cruise ship. Forgot what that was. If any of you remember this, please tell me what the movie franchise was?

I never saw of these movies, I tried watch at least 10 to 20 minutes to some of them. I never seen the whole movie, I couldn't get into it. you are right the choice.

They were pretty much “leave your brain at the door” type of movies - all visual candy and action, little of anything else.

the actress stars in the movie series is a good actress, she have done some good roles in movies in the past, that I have seen. but, she is more know for the series only.
