PC Freezing Problem

So I bought a pre-built PC from ibuypower about a year ago. When I started gaming it would freeze. Like audio and video would freeze and everything else would be normal. To get it to stop being frozen I had to restart the PC. I had dealt with this problem for too long. The specs of the PC are: CPU:AMD FX-8320, MOBO: ASRock 970M Pro3, RAM: 1x8GB DDR3, GPU: Radeon RX 560 Series, PSU: ATX-WR750w. The freezing occurs when idle for any amount of time (usually happens pretty fast when idle) and also whenever I am gaming (diablo 3, overwatch, rainbow six siege, world of Warcraft, destiny 2 are the main games). When it freezes during gaming it happens all the time: at the beginning, in the end of a session, or in the middle of a match. I am asking if anyone has encountered this problem and if you have found a solution. And I am reaching out to anyone that can help me. Thank you very much.

8gb ram ain't all that much these days.

Look for powersaver features in the bios or in the OS

If it's just gaming, is there virtualization compatibility that could be disabled? (not sure if gaming needs is these days ... yet)
