Ultimatum Time, TFS! Everybody bites the bullet and takes a 5 second sniff of my work shoes, or I'm cranking the speakers to max, turning on the 'Numa Numa' in a loop, and then rip off the Power button and Volume knob. Your choice!

*Faint echo in the background.*

"...miya houh, miya ha-ha! Miya hee, miya hoo, miya houh, miya ha-ha! Miya hee, miya hoo, miya houh, miya ha-ha! Miya hee, miya hoo, miya houh, miya ha-ha!"

There are a whole great big lot of different kinds and degrees of insanity.

Sanity, however, in general, is nothing more than the ability to make rational decisions and the ability behave appropriately.

I, for example, do not consider myself completely sane. Actually I do not consider anyone completely sane.

And, of course, there is almost always a difference between what we want and what we have.

The best case scenario is to have a healthy relationship with our selves and accept that life sucks

I, and I suspect most people, could not be considered completely sane.

A healthy relationship with our self, as I see it, is an honest, and fairly accurate, understanding of what is wrong in our lives.

To be sane is to accept that no one is completely balanced.

The ability to accept our lot, to accept our sad times, our anxieties, the demons that come in the night, and the ability to admit our fears, doubts, desires is an indication of sanity.

And, when we are at our best, we can joke about the tragedy of being human.

I just read this quote somewhere (and had to google it to get it right)
Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony -Mahatma Ghandi

Harmony is difficult in modern society. We settle for panem et circenses.

No one can give "you" harmony.

There is no place to go and find true harmony.

Some will point to their religion, but if you hang out with them long enough you will see that they do not live in a state of harmony.

Perhaps sadly, Shangri-La is not a geographic location.

It is within.

I disagree.

I believe I have found true harmony:
