Forum Site logs Out Eternally

Currently I am looking at this address:

However...for about a half year now, whenever I go to log out the following address keeps reloading the page...I pretty much have to close the browser tab to end it:

https://secure.theforumsite.com

iz this be little-pee-pee hax0rs or just the site falling into ill repair with age?

It looks to me like https for login in tangling with logout; is the security tag necessary for loging out as well?

Hmm...tonight instead of a blank page and looping url it's just kicked me right back onto the site logged in
