Proposition: "sexual reproduction has been the primary method of implementing cultural, social and economic change

C: sexual reproduction is the process of assuring (on some lever) the continuation of the species as a whole.

There are people who what to create a superior race.

E: Nazis for example (see note)

There are those who want to keep their race pure.

People are attracted to each other because of, things they do, the clothes they wear, wealth, social status.

Mutual attraction is (for the most part) not about implementing change.

Mutual attraction is a biological compulsion. The hypothalamus saturated with endorphins. (ahhh... Those were the days)

Without attraction the potential for procreation decrease.

Without procreation the population of a species dwindles and the potential for natural selection decreases.

C: Reproduction is actually more about the stability and survivability of the species.

Proposition: reproduction is not really a tool to implement anything beyond a short term and misguided human desires.

C: religion and war... are about implementing cultural, social and economic change on others while at the same time securing the stability and survivability of one group over others.

E: and religion and war are about power.

C: As to the part about procreation is only necessary to maintain the demography and continued successes of various countries, I doubt seriously that most humans procreate with the intention maintain the demography or successes of their countries (there are admittedly some historical examples...sort of).

C: We in the West certainly don't do this...our birth rates have been on the decline for decades. We rely more and more on immigration, even if people don't want to admit it.

C: The countries of the 2nd and 3rd world, where the vast majority of population growth is, have put themselves in a state of run-a-way population growth that, if anything, threatens their cultures, societies, economics...and their countries.

Note: In the early 19th century the slave trade was made illegal in the United States. No more slaves coming into the county was a problem for people who made a good living off of the slave trade. (Artificial Selection)
A harem of young women (who were selected for comeliness and intelligence) were kept as breeding stock. And a few young males (who were selected for strength and docility) kept the women pregnant. This (as I understand it) went on for several generations. I am not sure if there is any existent records about the success of the endeavor but clearly artificial selection has been used for millennia with success.

Note: being a stud at a slave farm was probably a good job if you could get it.

A more primal interpretation of the matter would be this:

By creating new generations, we can make people who will breed new ideas and do the things we as individuals do not want to do.

If you want to look at the matter from a crude perspective, popping babies enables us to do whatever we want and let the children do whatever they want, seperate from us.

So, all that f***ing, breeding feeding and rearing, and no sharing.

That seems self evident to me.

Note: If you have ever delivered a baby you know that it is NOT a popping sound; more of a splurch. And then you thank the gods for your Y chromosome.

And when ladies are baby having they can be a little grumpy.

And ...and they say things like, "Oh my goodness gracious"
