Rain, Rain, Go Away.......

WTF, don't get me wrong, I love rain, but enough already.
The remnants of tropical storm "Bill" is upon us and once again I am developing an acre of lakefront property.
Last month was the rainiest May on record for my part of the state and I would bet money June is going to blow that record away!
Just a couple weeks ago our 1 acre pasture was completely under water. 3-4 ft. deep.
It's looking like history is going to repeat itself if this rain continues through the night.
I don't want the rain to go away completely but a week of sunshine in between would be nice.
I guess we'll get that sunshine after tomorrow, when the temps will go up and the humidity will kick in. That will be even more fun. It will take weeks to dry this s*** out.
A couple years ago we had a severe drought. No mas!!
As much as the rain is a pain in the ass, I will take it over a drought any day
