Anyone dumb enough to marry **** i gotta get to know.

yep, I had not seen **** in 30 years.
friends from high school.
had fun at the party.
as we left said bye, great seeing you again.
we see his wife as we walked to our car.
thanks for having us.
she said something I think about coming to the next party.
I said "yep,Anyone dumb enough to marry **** i gotta get to know"

now she is mad at me.

when **** finale told me she got mad at me for saying that, I had to wonder.
**** knows I have a warped humor.
he couldn't just say he's nuts, take it as he is happy for us.

would you get bent out of shape over a comment like
""Anyone dumb enough to marry **** i gotta get to know"?

I've been bantering my hole life and was to dumb to know it.

There could be many reasons to be honest.

Don't take it to heart though, there was no malice in your comment it wasn't intentional to upset her. So you haven't done anything wrong.

I just wouldn't joke with her from now on.

Be a shame to loose an old friend over this.
but I don't need to cause **** problems if his wife don't want me there.
its been 30 years, if I die never seeing **** again, whatever.
better he be happy in his marriage then be my friend .

I told him I ain't coming back unless I get a call saying its ok with her.
he sounded hurt by that.
it was fun to talk a crack jokes with old friends.
most all of my old friends are dead.

I do this sort of stuff all the time in real life. (I know, you'd never guess that I got a mouth)... and sometimes it gets me in hot water, but more often I find out that I've actually said what everyone else is thinking.
