The Supreme Court has overturned the decision by the Attorney General's Office to prevent letters written by Prince Charles to be made public under the Freedom of Information Act.

These letters could be embarrassing due to their political nature and the problem for the Government now is how to minimise the damage that their release could cause.
The breaking news reminded me of a journal post I made some time ago on the matter of the Prince of Wales' politicking. The release of these letters could be quite worrisome for the monarchy.
