'Allah' just means 'God' in Arabic. Literally. There is nothing special to 'Allah.' It literally and exactly means 'God.' Just like you all say 'God,' people say 'Allah' in Arabic.

Watch the threads here. If speaking of Juedo-Christian beliefs most say God. If speaking of Islam they say Allah. Are they really interchangeable?

It is the same God. The God of Abraham. All three religions diverge after that in specific beliefs but yes it is the same deity. I don't know if interchangeable is the right word as wars have been fought over which group is right and which are heritics. But all three Judaism, Christianity, and Islam agreed up until Abraham. Any other prophets/leaders/policy/tennants in faith are points of argument.
