Sartre has instant ethical considerations. James by pragmatism makes the issues concerned by knowing who and what the beliefs hold on for the community in threat of natural degradation. SO we talk out of line a lot in the world of law enforcement and societal law and order concerns. unfair is a word to consider for the pragmatists, and that leads to existential ethical considerations. Is unfair unjust for the business's that lie or steal or corrupt? Some like it unfair but the environment can be the deciding factor for or against class action. Sartre, face it is unfair and will haunt the environmentally 'bad' company.
