Ja, it is worse than I thought. Well this is probably just the beginning of the cuts we could see. The school lunch programs were started when I was a kid. The reason to have the lunch program is clear, you can't teach hungry children.

Well, there is something on that line. Here in California 16 year old students were able to get a work permit from school to work part time. I understand that the students can not get work permits anymore. I think it was good for students to be able to work.
