So where did the money go to get its loan?

Sorry but I am not sure that I understand that question!

Essentially new debt-based fiat-money is made from nothing and then stays stuck in the Gov't books as debt, so that's why the overall debt load just continues to rise...

Did it hop out of my wallet and sneak over to the payday loan store when I wasn't looking?

Well, most of the debt-based fiat-money is not even printed anymore these days and it just stays as e-money (numbers in some computer screen and stored in some computer memory). So you seem to be confusing the cash in your wallet with the bulk of the debt-based "fiat-money" which is into the trillions now...and mostly just e-money.

@El_Tino Said

How does peoples' perception of money lead to hyperinflation through manipulation?

Because it is mostly make belief (mind manipulation stuff). In other words, there is no real asset (value) in there since, and yet again, most of the fiat-money these days is not even printed anymore...

It is mostly a mind game...

That's because the phrase "currency insolvency" is meaningless.

Does the e-money pop on over to the payday loan place?

Still doesn't explain why it would lead to hyperinflation.

You're only "insolvent" if/when you cannot (or can no longer) make more (new) debt-based fiat-money out of nothing but as long as they can keep on playing this game (ponzi scheme) they will remain solvent.

I have no idea what you're asking!

Because some people begin "hyper" speculating, like on the stock markets, etc, and then also start increasing the price of the basic goods...

But htperinflation also usually only occurs if/when one cannot make fiat-money from nothing...and most countries in the world besides the USA (and now the EURO countries and of course China and Japan), fall into that category...

Either case, most countries in Western civilization these days continue to race to devalue their own currency (by making more and more new money from nothing) and may eventually create an hyperinflation situation...

I'm not going to be heartbroken if you don't like my music. My own parents call it noise, and you're the same generation as them. If you really want to know though, at the moment I really like Gotye. I also like the Gorillaz and the Black Keys. Adele is pretty good too, from the few songs of hers I've heard.

I'm not against the classics by any means. Maybe it's the historian in me, but I like to wonder what records I'd own if I grew up in different eras. It helps me put myself in those decades when studying them.
