That is s true quote Bendover. However, you will find that Churhill did make this remark to Bessy Braddock (labour MP) in Liverpool.

This reminds me of quote from Oscar Wilde, who have said something typically witty was
greeted by a friend with "Gee, I wish I'd said that" to which Wilde replied "Don't worry, you
will".
