1. Eat smaller meals more often (5-6 meals a day is best).

2. Reduce your intake of processed carbs to as close to zero as possible.

3. Eat nuts as they are high fat, and when your body starts to metabolised consumed fat, it will then more readily burn stored fat.

4. Eat high protein meals - lean chicken and fish is good.

5. If you want to eat junk food, eat it early in the day and at a time that you do not want it. That will eliminate the craving.

6. Drink lots of water.

7. Mix up your body building routine with "supersets" and other cardio-vascular workouts that still aim at increasing muscle.

8. Stretch and flex your muscles a lot. Looks a bit ghey, but is good for shaping and toning.

9. Ride an exercise bike or real bike as part of your leg workout.

Ima start the "Shake Yo s***" aerobics plan.

All it entails is that fat women stand up once every hour and jiggle in place for five minutes straight before sitting back down again.

10. Never wait until you are hungry to eat because (a) you will probably eat too much, (b) it will probably be the wrong kind of food, and (c) your metabolism starts to slow down when you get hungry.

11. Carb loading early in the day is always a good idea. My preferred option was home made banana pancakes with honey. Good quality carbs, and banana is always good as it helps you burn energy.

12. Lay off the beer.

13. And most obvious of all, work your abs.
