I don't think anyone really has the right to beat down a president or anyone that makes office until they prove they can do a better job once and only if they ever get that position.

I know that many politicians get into those positions with many great ideas that soon fall by the wayside due to what they inherit from the previous elected and realize they can't do a thing they intended to do because of the financial mess they are left with.

Until you personally have been in their position then all the gibbergabber is for naught in my opinion.

Great intentions are pretty much always floored by something unforeseen and in politics is the very definition of great ideas gone to the wayside because they realize they are not actually the big deal everyone makes them out to be. They are puppets on a string and have to dance to music they never thought they would have to dance to. Not that they don't want to do the right thing but the question is 'Will they be allowed to do the right thing?
