Tashaki Miyaki

Has anybody heard of them,they're a Californian based band.

I was searching around last night and came up against a track called
"Something is better than Nothing" (Link Song) and quite enjoyed it,so far I've only found 6 of their tracks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Io9RKzUQ2d8

The young lady who is the singer has a very good voice,probably enhanced more by studio echoing but it works well.

I just listened to their cover of "dream"

here it is - dream cover ....... and i was blown away.
pretty nice.

it reminds me of "where's my mind" by the pixies and
"someone" by the red hot chilli peppers.

They did a great version of that song,originally put out by The Everly Brothers many years ago.

Never heard of the Pixies but the Peppers did have some great music .
