Woodsss, you had better not be doing your "thing" with this girl. She seems nice.

Anyhow, to answer your question, you cannot unless you upload another pic, then switch it to your new avatar. Once you do that, you can delete this one.

If you don't want a pic of you, of course, you can just upload a pic off the web or something to use as your avatar.
