I'd say as important as saying Eisenhower was the Supreme Commander of the Allies, or that the 3rd Reich meant Germany.

Technically no, but there are some in Wisconsin who think he should be able to sign petitions (a probably vote) here, using his real name with no problem because everybody thinks he's dead. But he's still a German so he can't be a Democrat, officially.
