(To be fair just watched it and its a pretty awesome vid)

I'be been trying to pick out the countries they were flying over but it's difficult.

The only one I could easily pick out was Egypt, along with the surrounding areas.

The storms in the clouds looked fantastic

That was awesome.

I think the aurora borealis is much more impressive from the ground.

That was spectacular! The things our eyes get to see now days.
