Well with the Victor Gaston case, I have looked him up on North Carolina Dept of Justice.

Here is some chilling information about this Offender.

He was convicted in Janurary 2002, of a INDECENT LIBERTY with a Minor, And released in November 2003, that very short sentence, very sick mind.

He has been a registerd sex offender since November 2003.

My assumption he he might have done indecent exposure.

Australia has its own offenders too his name is Geoffrey Leonard.

So he got sent to prison, that is either a good or a bad thing. Not sure if there is much else to say about this case.

You make a lot of assumptions re: the details of his crime. Indecent liberties with a minor can include a helluva lot more than "indecent exposure."

Additionally, although he may have been convicted of "indecent liberty" alone does not mean that there may have been other charges dropped as part of a plea bargain. Happens all the time.

And with his most likely to be gang tats, I'd probably not want him contacting me either...

Personally, he seems to look like a "normal" guy. Lots of convicted criminals do.

And not all convicted criminals have psychological issues or need "help" other than a stint behind bars.

However, if this guy has a gang affiliation as his tats would seem to indicate, then I would be a bit leery of him. Some gang members are sweethearts; others are just as tough as they think they are.
