Is it true that Americans who hate obeying laws(like pot laws, childrens' rights, laws against human rights abuse, laws against crimes like stealing and killing, etc.) really hate the Government?

My guess is that it generally has more to do with them liking pot, stealing, or killing.

No. They just hate the laws, not the government handouts they are probably recieving.

It doesn't logically follow that if you break the law you automatically hate the Government. It shows distrust or at most disrespect, but not hatred of the entire governmental system.
