website traffic?

On days I am online I can get traffic up to 100 new visitors in a few hours but when I am doing other things the traffic is low, any ideas on free traffic sources? My tags alone aren't bring in the searchers...and I don't want just any traffic I want people interested in what I am talking about. Creating the life you want from inside out...any suggestions maybe someone knows of some free ways to market?
