any thoughts on this? For as long as I can remember ive had pains in my knees but not only that, like everywhere really, legs, arms knees, but mostly my knees. I thought maybe it was arthritis, as it does run on both sides of my family... but now the doctor says I have fluid in my knees. wth does that mean? lol and what can I do about it

I have one knee with fluid on it and the other is the opposite....due to the amount of exercise i do my knees are just slowly giving in lol. I have had fluid drained from my knee now 3 times, it is a simple op leaving a tiny incision mark behind the patella. Stretching can help too...You may have developed it when you were pregnant carrying extra weight, but now you have not got the extra weight you should get it drained. Hope this helps

I have been having a knee problem for about 7 months now. Just over a week ago they did laproscopic surgery on it, its still hurting bad & I have to take much stronger drugs than Tylenol. I was diagnosed with a damaged meniscus, go back later this week, its not pretty!
