Take a Brandywine tomato slice, some kind of pickled pepper(or raw), throw it in some toasted wheat bread, slap on some humus and a slice of your favorite cheese. Toss that in a paper bag.

It's a tomato variety.They can get pretty big so they're great for slicing to put in sandwiches.
