Meaning spam for other sites? Probably true. And the real ones are just mostly desperate undateable folks, either sex. Hard to find anybody cool on those. Like someone suggested earlier, it is best to find someone through real life venues or more casual places such as this, that aren't built up for dating specifically.

I remember trying Plentyoffish just for kicks a few years ago, and it wasn't too hard to figure out the spam chicks from the "real" ones. Most of the latter were homely looking or asian (meaning - living in Asia).

So I tired of it pretty quickly.
