I was a large baby, but my mom had me in stages. I came out feet first half way for about a week and they let her go home until I was ready to come out the rest of the way. She'd get really strange looks at the grocery store and had to get little shoes to put on my feet.

On the plus side, I was a big help for her when she had to walk up stairs.
