Sounds a little weird. Of course unless someone requests that their remains be used in a piece of artwork, but I doubt that everyone she used made that distinction. But at the end of the day, they're just ashes.

you can get diamonds madeout of dead bodies, from the carbon left when they get creamated or from a lock of hair. you can get turned into other pieces of art too

That's what I want done with my ashes. I heard about it years ago and made sure my family knew that was what I wanted done.

It's expensive(anywhere from $3,500-20K...depending on the cut, colour and carat you want)but something I think is worth it. I want it done so that my 3 kids will always have a part of me.
