Wash your hands

most men i know admit to sitting and peeing when drunk to stop from peeing on thier shoes.

Yeah. Difficult to balance on the Urinal at first but you get used to it.

I don't touch bathroom doorknobs.

Me either. I open the door having a towel in my hand..than once it's open I throw towel out and exit.

Lol, even if there is no trash can within throwing distance right?

I do like how doors these days don't even have a knob, but either a lever or you can just push it. The elbow comes in handy for the level, and the good ol' kick the door open does the rest of the job for me.

That's just it. Apparently that poster pees "hands free".

I've been in public restroom situations where there was no toilet paper, wiped myself with my bare hands, didn't wash and then left the bathroom waving to people I knew.

You use your hands (which only touch your pants) to pull down your pants and you take your piss. Then you use your hands again to life your pants and put them back on. You have to stretch your pants out a little since they have to go OVER the subject of conversation.

I never said you can do it without using your hands at all. I just said you don't always have to touch it to take a piss.

And it's not lazy. I find the challenge fun.
