Some people are over 30 and they are so irresponsible you wish you could cut their genitals off.
Some people are in their teens and are perfectly mature.
Its hard to say what the criteria of being a grown up is, but unless you try new things you will never grow up.
As long as its protected mutual consented sex, then I think its ok.
If you want to wait, thats fine too.
I just think, it takes time and experience to really learn to enjoy sex.
Getting an early start may dramatically improve your quality of life, but if you don't do it with the right person, you will learn nothing about yourself or the other person.
So, i guess, bottom line is, choose the right person???
