This is a simple question but if you don't mind, I want reasons behind your answers.
Though many could argue that its too early to answer that (which it kind of is), speculation and prediction doesn't kill too many people; so I want to know: Will the United States of America be a world power in 75 years? Where do you see the world in 100 years? Or who will be the top country 75 years from now? China? Japan? Denmark (<<lol)... It definitely won't be Egypt (<<joke)

Do you honestly think that anyone here knows?

There are a thousand different things that could happen each and every day for the next 75 years that could change history and the balance of power in the world..

That's asking a lot if you really think that someone can predict it.

China will probably be one of the richest

natural resources: coal, iron ore, petroleum, natural gas, mercury, tin, tungsten, antimony, manganese, molybdenum, vanadium, magnetite, aluminum, lead, zinc, rare earth elements, uranium, hydropower potential (world's largest)

I believe the USA is on a downward spiral now and may be beyond recovery. So no, I don't see us as a world power. Asia or better yet, Russia. Russia has so much untapped power at it's disposal. China, not so much.

The States will never screw up.

The authorities must have thought of something for the future, the country has guys who are skilled enough to produce F-117 Nighthawk for skittle's sake. Have no doubt for the future.

We should worry about the people who are promoting Justin Bieber instead.
