i love it, i used it at school once wheni was bored and i tried to find my house...i couldn't find it, i found the general area though...i was all like ooo i know that, haha

Indeed Google has gone a huge step farther than the original terraserver by microsoft.

The full version is amazing, you can track crime rates, population growth, all kinds of goodies. My company uses this on a corporate level. Woohoo!

Well realize the best picture database there is, is the USGS collection.

Unfortuantly it's the USgs, and therefore, only contains United States based maps. I noticed a lot of you are from the UK. The database of sattelite imagery from the UK region is far less : And the picture database seems to be basically more aerial view, than urban sattelite, so you get a huge blur archive.

Haha...it's probably a city titled America in another nation over seas. Plus, technically America is a continent catagory, not a country.

Oslo is the only detailed city in Norway... And half of downtown is covered by a cloud.

Has anyone else seen that swastika-shaped building on the navy base in San Diego?
