I like to walk and hike. Walking is a good way to relieve stress, unfortunately I don't do it as much as I should. I do know when I've been outside walking, I seem to think a little more clearly. I guess that has something to do with me living in the country where it's for the most part quiet.

I can only walk a short distance before I feel like I've been drug under a train. My knees feel like they're going to explode and my back hurts tremendously. I love to bike and can go for miles however.

I hate walking so I only do it when I have to. For exercise I prefer my gym program. I am sure walking will help to burn some calories but if one is doing it for weight loss, better off to do circuit training, free weights and cardio than a walk in the park.

I usually walk for a purpose, but I don't mind going for a walk alone or with a friend or my boyfriend. And I'm not one of those grumpy people who hates fresh air, so I don't mind if there's a short distance between my destination and the busstop for instance:D I have a friend who's like that and I hate it. It just seems so.. pampered?

I walk through the forest in my backyard at least twice daily and go an sit by the stream and reflect.

I walk a lot everywhere. At the sports complex, at school and in the mall. I enjoy walking, it makes you see a lot of things already and it burns down calories too.

since i don't drive, i take the public transportation. i, at least, walk a half a mile or almost a mile everyday. i enjoyed the walk, it helps calm down, if i having a bad day. a good walk helps me have a good night sleep. basely, something to look forward to!
