Is my girlfriend cheating on me?

So my girlfriend was scheduled to have a training session from this dude (5'9, 160 lbs).. So I go do my leg workout while she goes and does some woman exercises with the trainer... Now here's where it gets fishy.. About an hour and a half later, I get finished with my workout, I go find my girlfriend and ask if she's ready to leave.

She says she's gonna stay an extra 30 minutes for cardio and told me to go home and that the trainer would drive her home since he doesnt live too far off. So I said ok, and as I was leaving, I see the trainer in his office clearing off his desk and unbuttoning his shirt. I bertstared him for a few seconds and then my gf give a pair of shoes(I suppose it buy for me) similar like this running shoe to the trainer.
I even don't have the courage to go on watching, so I left without saying anything. Should I be worried? or am I overreacting?

Why ask us? Ask her. ask yourself this, "How my sex life with her?" If it's weak then you probably already know what's going on.

As much as I think open communication is great, how many people who are cheating come right out and say yes when asked the question?

You'll get your answer by watching how she reacts to the question. Body language speaks volumes. Add that to her facial expressions and her voice modulation and you shall see/hear your answer.
