Delivery

I ordered a couple of things on Sunday which said 'Order with Express Delivery to have items delivered by 1pm Tuesday the 2nd of November.

I got an E-mail yesterday saying the items had been dispatched and gave me a tracking number with City Link so I could track the items.

Only thing is I kept tracking the items and it said they had been put 'In our network' but not 'Out for Delivery'.

I phoned up City Link and they said they do not yet have the items at the depot.

I'm a bit annoyed that I paid extra to get the items early and they haven't arrived. Weirdly enough I haven't been charged yet either, wonder if these things are related.

If they didn't turn up by the time you paid for, you should contact the company (you bought the stuff from, not city link) and complain, get a refund on your delivery.

I don't know if this is a law, but I know some places will do this.
