Did we give up on it too quickly? Is there a case for pushing for Communism again comrades?

I don't see why not. A change is as good as a rest.

The only communists left are anarchists. Even Cuba's finally beginning to come around on property rights. It took destroying sugar, tobacco and now finally the coffee industry to do it.

North Korea is more like a fascist theocracy.

Communism, according to Marx, is what gets adopted after socialism. The United States already has numerous socialist policies, seemingly to offset capitalism (which according to Marx comes before socialism.) If Marx was right, then I suppose the U.S. is heading towards communism... Enough to make any teabagger quiver in his/her underoos.

Millions of people have died as a direct result of communist regimes. How many more times must we repeat the "great leap forward" to realize its a bad idea?

Hell, even Castro has admitted that the Cuban economic model doesn't work.
