H****V isn't a word or surname in German, or English for that matter.

i think its a surname in german or a german word i dont know it. so i dont know the missing labels

You will remain clueless in Bulgaria, unless you try to put that "word" into a sentence, so that we might see how it is being used, in context. Are the "missing labels" equal in number to the missing letters between the H and the V? I am unaware of any German word that ends in a V, so this is likely not going to go anywhere.

If the last sound in the word is that of a V, then maybe its a Russian word or of some other Slavic origin.
