And the 14th Amendment? And our illustrious leaders who continued to misinterpret the intent when it was written? It was NOT intended to reward those who entered our country, legally or illegally, with the intent to have their baby born here.

Its very difficult to determine intent. No matter how smart a person is, they can never truly know what goes through another persons mind.
