I've not watched it for years and I've just been reminded of it because of listening to 'Falling' by Julee Cruise.

Brilliant series but very weird!

They should re-run it

That reminds me of Bill Bryson when he wrote about Two Tits, California. Apparently they were two mountains that the Gold Rush men named in a literal way.

I wish they would. I think it was repeated some years back on cable/sky or whatever but I missed it. I do love it, it's gently weird and it pulls you in, week by week.

" twin peaks " is one of the weirdest show, i've seen. with this as a theme song below, this going to be a great show.

the premise of the series about a teenager homecoming queen ( laura palmer ) get murdered in a small town, and an fbi agent to investigated the murder. the agent runs into the town folks, are a little odd, but what a little town doesn't have them, right ? now, i really like all sudden the show shows this kind of scene below :

i saw it, i think to myself: " OK ! " each week, the episode get more weird. this scene is last scene in the series finale:

like that scene help you figure out the series. it been 11 years, i have seen the show, i still can't explain the show any better!

I absolutely loved it at the time. Im a little scared to watch it again because it would be terribly dated.

Also at the time i thought David Lynch was a great director. Now, not so much. I find it pretentious and self indulgent.

Still, there was some brilliant ideas in the series. Really pushed the boundaries for its time.
