Should we not help the person who can't learn to build a raft? And why can't they? Should we help them if they are stupid, or not becuase they're lazy? How do you determine who is stupid and who is lazy?

etc...
more raft builders. dr.s, police, etc.
more hospitals, bussnesses, etc, will be built.
if the river is life, those in it need tools.
