Invasion - illegal
Live and work on our land taking jobs away from humans - illegal unless they had a green card
Peace - illegal
for us to kidnap and study them - legal

The way I see it, all the sightings we have today are them same as the sightings we had thousands of years ago. Instead today we take pictures whereas before they drew them on cave walls. However I still believe they had contact of the third kind, meaning the met them face-to-face. But then again, have you read about the Roswell incident of 1947? That's such a fishy event. Ha, weather balloon. That's why you sent the whole US army, right?

I believe that UFO's technically exist. It's such a vague term "Unidentified Flying Object" that a number of things can fit that description.

I think a great deal of them could be 'top secret' experiments by humans. Just because we can't identify them or explain them doesn't necessarily mean that they are from another planet.
