If he wants to stay single forever and means it, and she does'n't, she's just allowing him to use her for sex...

i should add that she initiates the sex. she will purposely not text him all day and by the end of the day he is texting her and this has been daily since the 4th of july.

So basically he has no interest in her until she starts sniffing around for sex?

he makes it a point to contact her if she doesnt contact him and sex is not always in the conversation.

Oh yeah I missed the part he would text her. Well I wouldn't want to be with someone who isn't 100% commited to me and our life together.

Whats so confusing. He wants the sex but dosnt want to be tied down to a commitment for the rest of his life. If something better comes along he will move on. Reference the whole "I dont look around" thing, well of course he's gonna say that. I think this is pretty straight forward.

ok so his wife and 3 other women were showing revealing bathing suits and invited him swimming with their son, i observed myself him only checking out his wifes boobs and would not look at the other women. he passed that test

I'm certain he knew you/and or others would be watching him. He would have behaved differently if he were alone, believe that. - All men 'look', it's natural to 'look'. And as long as that is ALL that he is doing, it is healthy.
