Songs aren't in proper order on my ipod.. WHY?!

Hey!
Well, I just sync'ed my ipod and when I went to go and listen to it the album that I just added wasn't in order..

I double checked that shuffle was turned off just incase that was the problem, but shuffle is NOT on.

I double checked the album itself on iTunes and that's fine too, all in number order so I'm now really confused as to why it's not showing up in that same order on my ipod.

Any help on how I could fix this would be great, Thank You in advance!

No clue. Check the settings on it? Mp3 players may be better for you. They keep songs in order.

I don't have the solution to your problem, but I share your frustration. Is it in alphabetical order?

What do you consider the 'proper order'?

If you're on 'Songs' then they should be listed in alphabetical order (A - Z) and numerical order by Song Title. Not the number on the Album, so if a song is first in an album but title begins with Z it will be at the bottom of your song list.

If you want everything to be in a particular order, perhaps making a playlist? They will stay in the order you add the songs to it.
