Quote notification link isn't quite working right

On the Quotes page, the link doesn't take me to the post where I was quoted, instead, it takes me to the post of mine that had been quoted. And the anchor part of the link doesn't seem to work, probably because many times, the post I made that was quoted isn't on the same page as the page I was quoted on, so the anchor number isn't on the page that I end up being taken to. I don't know if that description made any sense to anyone but me, lol. Anyways, it's not quite working the way it used to.
