Grillin 2fer - Asian Ribs and Smoked Bologna Bites

Did some grillin' over the weekend. I did jerk ribs, apple pumpkin ribs (both of which I have documented before) and a new recipe which is Asian Ribs.







And for the bonus, Smoked Bologna Bites. Holy S**T these were good. Not to say that the Asian Ribs weren't good because they were great, but this Bologna Bite thing is so friggin simple and so friggin good...

looks tasty, but is nothing compared to beef wellington. Which if u have tried before would agree with me.
