I don't remember ever seeing tonight spelled tonite. Older books use to-night.

If I were doing a paper for school or writing a professional letter, I would use (LMAO I went to spell that 'yous') the the 'gh's and the 'ough's... I started spelling words like 'tonite' and 'thru' when I started chatting and such on the internet.

I used to spell through, but now I've done so much programming,I end up spelling it thru

Tonite and thru sound like (look like) improvements to me. We could use the Greek letter theta for th.

But I am sure I have seen it written before.Maybe on American films,written on billboards or on the front of a casino advertising a show or something.

That was awesome, I've seen Eddie Izzard on television before, but never actually seen him do stand up. That's just made going to school a whole lot easier

Oh man, you should check out his dvds... off the top of my head, he's got 'Dressed to Kill,' 'Circle,' and 'Glorious.' Funny, funny man!

My brother and I text words like they sound, or try to spell then weird as we can, lol. I just thought of it because I just texted him...
