Please Help error message!!!!!

OK can some help me solve this annoying issue? Cause the error message doesn't help s***! OK here is the error.

Programs crash every now and then. Just ignore it.

Was it a one time event, or does that happen every time you open Firefox?

how would you like it if you are sending a letter to say a famous actor and the thing crashes? Not very well I assume!!
